James A. Keller
James is a St. Augustine native who is a contractor and a fourth generation carpenter. James’ dad (James Nathan Keller, Jr.) repaired and built many fine homes in St. Johns County and he instilled in his son the love of construction along with his values of integrity, quality and fair pricing. Prior to opening James Keller Construction, James retired after nearly 32 years as Building and Facility Manager at Florida East Coast Railway. James’ responsibilities at FECR included budgeting, maintenance, renovations, repairs and overseeing new construction projects. James was in charge of the railway’s many buildings and facilities that stretched down the east coast of Florida. James also managed in-house employees and hired local trade contractors to keep FECR’s numerous buildings in top shape.
Along with handling many of the business office responsibilities at James Keller Construction, Donna is presently employed by the St. Johns County School District. She is a paraprofessional in a classroom for students with special needs, where she puts her management skills to use daily by delegating responsibility and keeping the classroom running smoothly.
Gregory is a contractor and fifth generation carpenter. He holds the same values passed down from his grandfather to his dad. Gregory’s responsibilities within the company include on-site construction work as well as keeping the company books. When not on the construction site, Gregory is a full-time firefighter with the City of St. Augustine.
